SHIPPING POLICY
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.
We are not responsible for any package loss due to incorrect address provided by you.
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via Email at [email protected]
Please note products must be returned to us within 7 days of the product delivery and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
You are responsible for any return shipping charges. You the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, as well as coordinating return shipping logistics with the carrier.
If the product will be refunded, returned, or exchanged; there will be charge on Shipping Fee of Cost of return Label OR a Carrier by Customer choice for return shipping, Return Handling Fee of $5 per item per item, and Restocking Fee of $5 per item per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

SALE ITEMS
All purchases of SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty).
All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Final Sales item, Undergarments, socks, any open items not in their original packing, and items without original price & instruction tags

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced; at your own cost.
Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.
The Carrier used by Customer for return shipping must take no longer than 5 business days to reach us on our above mentioned address, no refund will be issued to the customer.
Please note that any shipping fees and additional charges you may have paid in connection with your purchase are non-refundable.
UR Marka may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued to the customer, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their own cost. If the customer chooses not to ship the product back to them, Ur Marka will recycle or dispose of the product.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 7 days of your product delivery. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- Product must include original tags (where applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Aside from these conditions there are items that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
Final Sales item, Undergarments, socks, any open items not in their original packing, and items without original price & instruction tags

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, if all the above conditions are met. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 7 days of product delivery. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

IMPORT/CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES POLICY
Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. Ur Marka does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.
Refunds for any import/customs/duty fees charged to you at the time of import or delivery should be sought through your local customs bureau. Ur Marka cannot provide any coverage for this.
