REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 7 days of your product delivery. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (where applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

    Aside from these conditions there are items that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:

    Final Sales item, Undergarments, socks, any open items not in their original packing, and items without original price & instruction tags

    You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced at your own cost.

    You are responsible for any return shipping charges. You the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, as well as coordinating return shipping logistics with the carrier.

    UR Marka may reject the Refund product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued to the customer, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their own cost. If the customer chooses not to ship the product back to them, Ur Marka will recycle or dispose of the product.

    After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, if all the above conditions are met. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
